Our hosting server is smart enough to authomagically detect you cyrillic encoding. But just in cause it's screwed up, you can select one of following encodings manually

KOI8-r, if you use any kind of *nix;
Alternative (866), if you use DOS or OS/2;
Windows (1251), if you use Windows '9x, Windows NT or Windows 3.x;
Macintosh, if your computer is a kind of Apple;
ISO-8859-5, somebody says it's standard.
